You’ve binged over the holiday period and this might be what you are what you are feeling. I FEEL SO FAT!
Does this feel familiar?
You might say this to yourself quite often and it can become a constant mantra & affirmation and become ingrained in your brain? Unfortunately the more you say it to yourself the more those words create negative feelings & emotions that flood through you. They cause despair & lower your energy and others that that come into contact with you, will pick up on that and feel your negative low vibration. It spreads like a virus.
What to do? So, before you embark on another fitness & diet campaign you have to retrain your brain. You have hotwired in a new positive mantra that replaces that old negative “ I feel fat” affirmation because you get to choose your thoughts and you can retrain your brain. As soon as you do you will start to feel your energy rise and you’ll feel much more positive, and empowered.
You can start right now to take control of your thoughts right now. Smile sit up straight & make a plan. Before you even begin working out or changing your diet change your thinking. Every time the “I feel Fat” chat comes into your mind, just knock it back with “Today I elevate my health, fitness and nutrition” At first, it might feel like a lie that you are telling yourself but stick with it and keep it in your mind all day. Keep on practising it, post it in a place where you can see it, perhaps on our computer, on ‘post its’ around the house, on your phone, so that you can keep seeing it and reminding yourself. So much better not to have the same negative boring thoughts in your head day in day out. It drags you down, be positive and that will raise your vibrations and others around you will pick up on that so you’re doing them a favour too!
Don’t slip back to the “I feel fat” chat retrain your brain and replace it with “Today I elevate my health, fitness & nutrition” You Can Do it!
