Kay Baxter
Kay has always been very enthusiastic and passionate about Health & Fitness.
She will support and motivate you to achieve your own personal fitness goals via personal training and exercise programmes. She can train you individually or with your friend(s).
She is very keen that everyone she works with enjoys their sessions and does not consider exercise needs to be about punishment.
Kay likes to work holistically with you because it enables her to work with you from the inside out. Your health and wellbeing is her priority.
She has worked with a range of people who want lifestyle changes. She also has experience in working with clients with different abilities including those with medical conditions like strokes and brain tumours, as well disabilities like Cerebral Palsy.
Kay is a qualified personal trainer and pilates instructor. She is also qualified in sports nutrition and nutrition for weight management.
Kay says ‘I have always participated in a variety of sports including rowing, football, badminton, running, cycling and hockey as well as being a regular gym member, attending a variety of classes. I never ask my clients to do anything I wouldn’t do myself’.
